Accelerating Innovation With the T.E.D.O.C. Process with Praveen Gupta
The TEDOC (Target, Explore, Develop, Optimize, and Commercialize) process learning program is the leading course about the science of innovation. It is designed to provide necessary tools and techniques to participants in order to innovate new solutions and solve problems innovatively. Organizations need innovation to develop customer-specific solutions on-demand and in real time. Course Leader: Praveen Gupta is a professor at the Illinois Institute of Technology where he established and leads the curriculum for the Business Innovation program and won the university’s Professional Achievement Award. Praveen earned fame as the co-creator of the Six-Sigma process at Motorola. winning three Motorola CEO Awards and the Motorola Engineering Award. An electrical engineer by training, he started his career as a scientist at the prestigious Bell Labs.
Praveen has established his credentials as a thought leader in innovation by being the Founding Editor in Chief of the International Journal of Innovation Science, authoring the leading text Business Innovation and related books (in addition to several books on Six Sigma), writing a monthly column on Manufacturing Excellence for Quality Magazine, consulting with leading companies, and being a sought-after conference speaker.
