Employee Learning Week’s Goal: Employee Learning Week (ELW) is ASTD's national awareness campaign to highlight the important connection between learning and achieving organizational results. It is a time to demonstrate a commitment to this connection. As stakeholders of workforce development, it's a time to energize one another and rededicate ourselves to employee learning.
