We welcome Dave Johnson, Executive Secretary of the Washington State Building & Construction Trades Council - AFL-CIO, as the lastest distinguished Washingtonian to join the Chapter's Employee Learning Week Advisory Board. Among other duties, Dave oversees what are regarded as some of the best apprenticeship training programs in the nation.
