Our world has become increasingly complex, with access to more information and more opportunities than ever. Only organizations that seek out and welcome change will continue to excel in this increasingly competitive business environment. We’ve become adept at recognizing the need for change, which changes to embrace, and how to implement change, including how to track our progress. However, the role of people in change remain our biggest challenge.
