Employee Learning Week (ELW) is an annual awareness campaign highlighting the important connection between learning and achieving organizational results. With the growing skills gap in the United States, accelerating technological change, and the shifting economic environment, organizations are being required to develop a highly skilled workforce as a matter of survival.
